Michael Fox

Founder, President and CEO of Aspen Club International, LLC. Aspen Club International, a holding company that own the renowned Aspen Club in Aspen, Colorado and also includes ventures in technology and healthcare, mainly operates as a platform for real estate developments and real estate related operating companies. The Fox family has had a long and profitable career investing and developing real estate. The Fox Companies, founded in 1953 by Michael’s father Richard Fox, has developed and managed some of the most important planned communities, sporting facilities, and commercial developments in the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets, including over 200,000 square meters of prime suburban office buildings, over 4,000 apartment units, 1,000 houses for sale, Chesterbrook – a 865 acre planned community with 2,450 housing units, 115,000 SF shopping center, 230 suite hotel and 140,000 square meters of office space – and the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, a 21,000-seat arena housing the Philadelphia Flyers hockey team and the 76ers basketball team.

Michael is a graduate of Stanford University and started his career in the Real Estate Investment banking department of Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong.

Richard Jennings

Mr. Jennings has served as President of Realty Capital International LLC since he founded the real estate investment banking firm in 1991. From 1969 to 1986, Mr. Jennings oversaw the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) investment banking business at Goldman, Sachs & Co. During his tenure at Goldman, Sachs & Co. he also founded and managed the Mortgage Finance Group. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Jennings served as Managing Director–Real Estate Finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. From 1990 to 1991, Mr. Jennings served as Senior Vice President of Landauer Real Estate Counselors. He is a licensed Real Estate broker in New York State.

Mr. Jennings received his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He is a trustee of the National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction at NYU Medical Center. Mr. Jennings serves as the Lead Director for Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (public REIT/NYSE symbol ARE). He also serves on the board of directors of National Retail Properties, Inc. (public REIT/NYSE symbol NNN). He is a member of ICSC and NAREIT.
