 InDev Capital has formed a strategic JV with AgEquity Partners to partner with  investors interested in both debt and equity agricultural opportunities in Brazil. The AgEquity InDev Merchant Banking Joint Venture allows investors to leverage over 100 years of direct operating experience in agriculture in addition to 30 years of combined experience operating in Brazil as expats, as local operating companies, and as investors, providing a truly unique perspective. 

The JV provides turnkey solutions for both strategic and financial investors interested in taking advantage of Brazil’s immense agricultural opportunities. We also work with investors to develop custom-made solutions to meet investors’ strategic agricultural needs.

The merchant banking platform enables investors to: 

• purchase strategic assets that can serve as platforms 
• access proprietary transactions or ones that are off-market or in non professionally run auction processes 
• receive on the ground structure, tax, operating, and strategic experience and perspectives 

We serve as a pre- and post-deal closing partner. In our agricultural investments, we co-invest in our transactions creating full alignment.
